What iOS 27 Extensions Actually Does

The companies spending $700 billion on infrastructure bear the capital risk and the operational cost. Apple captures the monetization surface without bearing either.
What This Means for the Model Providers
For Anthropic, Google DeepMind, and OpenAI, appearing in iOS 27 Extensions is effectively mandatory.
